Join me for an inspirational sacred tour to Timbavati, South Africa. Meet Linda Tucker – leading conservationist, author of Mystery of the White Lionsand founder of the Global White Lion Protection Trust who has dedicated her life to the protection of these amazing beings.We will spend our weeklong stay with the Akeru and Royal Family prides and experience white lion majesty and the sacred lands where they reside.We begin our journey with a scenic drive from Johannesburg to Timbavati stopping along the way for lunch in charming Dullstroom. Once we arrive to Camp Unicorn on white lion territory our itinerary will include: morning and evening game drives in open game drive vehicles; a picnic at the Klaserie River and tracking with an expert Shangaan tracker; a visit to the local white lion school, the artistry of women weavers and the Shangaan village where we will have a traditional dinner along with warrior dancing and drumming; a scenic drive to Blyde River Canyon and God’s window lookout with shopping for local crafts; our transforming trip ends with day long excursion to Kruger National Park and a final day of service- where every participant will have the opportunity to share his or her talents and assist the GWLPT with its needs.
