Valerie René Sheppard is a recovering corporate executive on radical sabbatical™. She has transitioned from a highly-analytical, intellectual career to living from her heart expressing, her Divine Purpose, which is to entertain, educate and heal, helping people tap into their Essence to achieve their highest good. She has a diverse coaching background spanning more than 20 years, including working with adolescent girls, homeless women, college students, and adult professionals. She is a certified Sacred Contracts instructor by the Caroline Myss Education Institute and is pursuing certification in spiritual direction through the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. She has been praised for her coaching ability by students, mentees and peers.
